Yoga Diet Plan
Exercise is needed to keep the body healthy. For those who can’t do heavy exercise, yoga and empty-handed exercise can be very helpful. However much you may think that yoga is a straightforward matter, in reality, it is not at all. Yoga is enough to burn calories. Strong physical fitness is needed later.
Another great condition for doing yoga is to bring the body to the right size. Otherwise, yoga cannot be done in the right way. As a result, those who have more body fat, it becomes difficult to do yoga. However, if you practice yoga regularly, the body will be ready for yoga.
Difficult is the idea of most people. If you just exercise, maybe it will work. Eat whatever you like. Such an idea is not good at all. Eating whatever you like or eating extra calorie foods (grilled, sweet, high sugar foods like rice, bread, potatoes) will accumulate fat in the body.
As a result, no matter how much you exercise, the excess fat in the body will remain. The exact results of yoga and exercise cannot be found. So when you start yoga and exercise, learn to recognize the right food. Again, many people have misconceptions about the subject. Some people think that you should not eat non-vegetarian food while doing yoga.
So many people stop eating fish, meat, eggs, onions, garlic. As a result, there is a lack of protein in the body. In other words, it is only due to misconceptions that doing good to the body increases the danger. Therefore, it is necessary to make a habit of eating a balanced diet. The question is what is a balanced diet?
A balanced diet is rich in carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and vitamins.
Carbohydrate staple food: rice, bread, potatoes.
Protein staple food: fish, meat, eggs, pulses, soybeans.
Fat main food: oil, butter, egg yolk.
And vitamins match in all kinds of colorful vegetables. So far, many may think, I also eat a lot of rice, pulses, potatoes, fish with leaves. Despite that, I am not losing weight. I can’t do yoga or freehand exercise because of fat. There are several possible causes for this problem –
1. Eating too much food.
2. The leaves have high levels of fried rice, bread, and potatoes.
3. Come to the first important reason when eating. There are many people who do not know how much they should weigh according to their body height. There are easy ways to find out. That is –
Measure in centimeters of height. Then subtract 100 from it. Your ideal weight should be close to what the answer will match. But in most cases, the weight of the people is more than the ideal weight. Because they eat more food than they need. Fat accumulates in the body. Therefore reduce excess food intake as soon as possible if you are overweight.
Another big reason for weight gain is to keep the leaves sweet, carbohydrates, and fried. We unknowingly eat two sweets, a little fried when. Even if the amount of sweets or grill is small, it contains a lot of calories.
So stop this bad habit. Now let’s talk about carbohydrates. The habit of Bengalis is to eat more rice. We have fewer vegetables and more rice. The more carbohydrates, the more calories. In this way, many people continue to gain weight.
The standard rule is that the amount of rice in the leaves should be small, and the number of vegetables should be more. The third reason is eating at the wrong time. Many people do not have breakfast in the morning or only nominally.
But you will be surprised to know that in the morning our metabolism or the process of food intake, absorption and assimilation is faster. So eating a balanced diet at this time is less likely to accumulate fat. Meanwhile, many people do not eat in the morning and eat more in the afternoon.
As time goes on, our metabolism gradually slows down. And because the food is not eaten at the right time, the body thinks that it is happening like that. So the body needs to store energy. So the more you eat, the more fat accumulation in the body.
This means that whether it is yoga or any other exercise, the body needs to stop before excessive calories enter the body through food. So before the need for diet moderation.
Now let’s talk about diet with exercise. When you exercise, muscles are formed in the body, and fat is lost. So exercise is always good. However, if you want to exercise in the morning, you must give food even if it is a little in the stomach.
In fact, if we exercise in the morning, our body needs some energy later. When the stomach is empty, then the body gets energy by breaking down the fat stored in the stomach. Harmful chemicals are released from the fat accumulated in the stomach. So this time you should eat a little bit and then do yoga.
What to eat –
Two biscuits. Liqueur tea without a little sugar. If you don’t want to eat tea biscuits, you can also exercise or do yoga by eating a handful of a soaked gram.
After Exercise –
Breakfast is a very important meal – it can either make or break your day. Breakfast consists of two or three loaves of bread. Bowl filled vegetables. A boiled egg. If you do not want to eat eggs, you can also eat chicks. Fruit can also be eaten. Milk can be eaten. But remember, you should not eat immediately after any work. Food should be eaten after at least half an hour.
Food for the day-
After breakfast, lunch and dinner are left. Therefore it is necessary to maintain a proper diet at lunch. If you have a habit of eating rice at noon, do not eat a lot of rice. Take a little rice instead. Keep with lots of vegetables. Fish or chicken. Fish – If you don’t want to eat meat, you have to eat pulses. Soybeans can also be eaten. Do not eat raw salt. Salt raises blood pressure, weight gain is also beneficial. Put with yogurt. Also, make lots of salads on a plate. The same kind of eating habits should be maintained at dinner. And dinner will be served after nine o’clock at night.
Many people have the habit of tiffin in the afternoon. In that case, the amount of food has to be cut from dinner and launch. And don’t put grills in the tiffin. Instead, crush cucumber, tomato, capsicum, carrot and eat it mixed with a handful of turnips. If you wish, you can eat it with cholabhaja, cholaseddha, or angora Chola. Avoid chips, sweet foods. If you want, you can eat two pieces of chips, half a sweet once a week.
